Aldeen Golf Club offers one stop shopping for all of your event
planning needs.
Site of the 2001 Illinois State Amateur Championship, and 2004
Illinois Women’s
State Amateur Championship.
We provide incentives and pass packages to compliment your prizes.
Outing & Golf Group Pricing
Group
Package
• 24 players or more
• Tee time start only
• Rockford park District golf passes are not valid
• Available seven days a week
• Advance tee time booking available
Standard greens fees, Practice Centre and cart fees apply

• 80 players minimum
• Tee time or shotgun starts are available
• Available Monday through Friday only
Small outing fee is $60 per person
($55 for charitable organizations)
Small outing fee includes:
• 1 round of golf
• Golf cart
• Range balls
• $5 per player golf shop credit
• All professional services (bag drop, on course events, and event scoring)
• A prize package including: 3 Foursomes of golf with carts at Aldeen and
16 Medium bags of balls at the Aldeen Practice Centre
Prize package valued at $850.00
Outing committees are entitled to one complimentary
foursome prior to the event

Shotgun start fee is $60 per person

• 1 round of golf
• Golf cart
• Range balls
• All professional services (bag drop, on course events, and event scoring)
• $5 per player golf shop credit (example: 120 players =
$600 worth of merechandise)
• A prize package including:1 Park District Season Golf Permit (Four Course),
6 Foursomes of golf with carts at Aldeen
• 16 Medium bags of balls at the Practice Centre
Prize package is valued at $2,000.00
Outing committees are entitled to one complimentary foursome prior to the event

Raising Package
Promote a "Day at the Aldeen Practice Centre" to
your group
and a percentage of all monies collected will be returned to your group.
This is a great way to raise funds and have some FUN at the same
time!

Services & Policies
• For all groups and outings, rain checks will be issued to any player
who does not complete their round due to inclement weather. Rain dates will
not be scheduled.
• Any logistical needs that are not normally available at Aldeen can be
arranged through the Aldeen staff for an additional charge.
• All food and beverage arrangements can be made through the Cafe
at Aldeen.
