The #17 hole, which was lengthend in 2002 by 40 yards, is a very demanding par 4. The danger of Out of Bounds all along the left side is compounded by woods on the right side about halfway down the fairway. Good golf holes require a player to make decisions and #17 does just that. A driver off the tee must be precise, but will yield a shorter approach to this dangerous green. A more conservative tee shot will force a longer play into the green. Have a plan when you play this hole and be carefull not to go too long as Out of Bounds comes into play over the green.
